DOMESTIC MARKET HIGHLIGHTS

The market on frozen 8-16 lb. hens and 16-24 lb. toms is steady to weak. Frozen 
demand is light to moderate. Frozen domestic processor offerings of Grade A 8-16 lb. 
hens and 16-24 lb. frozen toms are light to moderate. Frozen Grade A basted 
equivalent processor offering prices on a national basis for 8-16 lb. hens are 
106.00-117.00 cents FOB and 16-24 lb. tom offerings at 101.00-117.00 cents FOB for 
current deliveries. Frozen basted equivalent hens and toms traded at 104 cents FOB 
for current delivery.  

Demand for most parts and meat items is light. The market on white meats and white 
trims is steady. The undertone is steady to weak. Offerings are moderate for fresh 
and moderate to moderately heavy for frozen. The market on consumer sized breasts is 
steady to firm. Offerings of consumer sized bone-in breasts are very light to light. 
The tom bulk parts market is steady to instances firm. The undertone is steady to 
firm. Offerings are very light to light. The thigh meat market is steady with steady 
to firm undertone. Offerings are light. The fresh mechanically separated turkey 
market is steady with a mostly steady undertone. Offerings are light to moderate. 
Trading is slow.
